Refund Policy
Note That Cresigners™ (the registered business operating Digimuz's brand) doesn't offer refunds for any products/programs/services or any other offers they make. However there's one program that has a special excuse on this Non-Refund Policy of Cresigners which is 'The S.C.A.M. Workshop' for it's nature of being an in-person event.

Refund Policy for
The General Admission Ticket Holders (Regular Tickets)
Just in case you want a refund for the ticket, you'd have to let us know at least 10 days before the Scheduled Date of the workshop (Date of the workshop depends on which month's workshop you're attending. You will find the information about the latest day of the workshop on www.digimuz.com/workshop).
If that deadline has crossed, please know that there will be no refunds accepted in any circumstances since the seats are limited and we'd have already made arrangements for you.
However, after the deadline, just in case of an emergency where you can't make it to the event, you can transfer the ticket to someone else.
Make sure you send us a WhatsApp Message to 9556933655 with their name, email address, and phone number to transfer the tickets.
Refund Policy for
The VIP Experience Members of the S.C.A.M. Workshop
The VIP Seats are NOT Refundable as we reserve the seats for lunch and extra activities. However, these tickets are transferrable, meaning you can sell it to someone else. Just in case you can't make it for some reason, you can find someone else who might make it.
OR you can choose to keep this seat for the next time we do the workshop (we will do this regularly, however the next workshop dates are not finalized yet. You will be notified about it just in case you decide to do this).
If you wish to transfer the VIP ticket to someone else, just send us a Whatsapp Message at 9556933655 with the name, email address, and phone number of the person who you're transferring the ticket to.
Please DO NOT Invest In the VIP Experience Ticket if there's any chance you won't be able to make it OR you won't be able to stay with us until 4:30, 4:45 p.m. max. But when you decide to join as a VIP, know that there will be a deeper level of experience waiting for you.
